20% on your first deposit

1. General information

   1. The promotion name is ‘20% on your first deposit’.
   2. The duration of the promotion till the 31st of December 23.
   3. The participants of the promotion: new clients who confirm their trading activity with other brokers on live trading accounts.
   4. A participant can open a Bonus account which is credited with a 20% bonus from the deposit amount.

2. Conditions for participation in the promotion

   1. The bonus is available for those clients of FIBO Group who never credited their FIBO Group trading accounts (including Invest accounts) before the current promotion.
   2. To get the Bonus:
      1. Submit the trading activity details (a statement) and/or the investor password for a live account opened with another broker to the email address [email protected] or via the ‘Ask a question’ section of the Client Area.
      2. Obtain a promo code after the successful revision of the trading activity with another broker.
      3. Open an MT4 Fixed, MT4 NDD or MT4 NDD No Commission account in the Client Area within the promotion’s availability dates. When opening the account, select the ‘Bonus program’ option and the ‘20% on your first deposit’ promo type, enter the promo-code into the designated field.
      4. Activate the trading account (deposit of at least $50 or an equivalent in any other currency).
      5. Activate the bonus by clicking the ‘Activate bonus’ button on the account details page.
   3. If the above steps are performed correctly, you shall receive a notification reading, ‘Bonus activated successfully!’

3. Bonus deposit and calculation

   1. The bonus amounts to 20% of the deposit volume, but $5 000 maximum.
   2. The bonus is credited right after being activated.
   3. The funds deposited after the bonus activation are not eligible for additional bonus crediting.
   4. E.g.: A client registers a trading account and makes consequent deposits of $3000, $700 and $300 and then activates the bonus. In that case, the bonus shall amount to $800 ($4000*0.20) and the aggregated balance becomes $4800. If a client makes another deposit once the bonus is activated, the amount of the bonus funds will not increase, the deposited amount would only reflect on the account’s balance.

4. The use of the bonus

   1. The amount of the bonus funds reflects on the account’s equity (current balance with the floating profit/loss).
   2. Bonus funds participate both in trading and the drawdown.
   3. The provided bonus cannot be withdrawn from the account.

   4. When performing a total or partial withdrawal of the funds the bonus was credited for, the bonus itself is reduced proportionate to the amount of the funds withdrawn. When withdrawing the funds deposited after the bonus activation and/or the profits, the bonus is not getting reduced.

      E.g.: A client deposited $4000 and then activated the bonus. The aggregated balance amounts to: $4000 + $4000 x 0.2 = $4800.

      a) A client decides to withdraw $1000, the provided bonus is reduced by $200 proportionally ($1000 x 0.2), and the balance of the account becomes $3600.

      b) After the bonus activation a client additionally deposits $500 and as the result of their trading activity gets $500 in profit: the aggregated volume of the funds on the account becomes $5800. A client decides to withdraw $1000. The withdrawal of funds above the initial deposit does not affect the bonus funds amount. The balance becomes: $5800 - $500 - $500 = $4800

      c) A client gets a profit of $500, as the result the account’s balance becomes $5300; a client decides to withdraw $1000. Apart from the overall profit, a part of the initial deposit is also withdrawn in that case: $1000 - $500 = $500, thus the bonus amount is also reduced proportionally: $500 x 0.2 = $100. As the result, the account balance becomes: $5300 - $1000 - $100 = $4200, where the $3500 is the initial deposit and $700 is a bonus credited over it.

5. Bonus limitations

   1. The promotion ‘20% on your first deposit’ is a one-time offer.
   2. The bonus is credited only on a direct deposit using any of the options available in the ‘Deposit funds’ section of the Client Area. An internal transfer from another trading account does not count as a direct deposit, thus the bonus is not credited.
   3. The bonus provided under the terms of the ‘20% on your first deposit’ promotion does not sum up with other promotions offered by the Company.
   4. The funds deposited via an internal transfer do not participate in the bonus calculation.
   5. Trading on the bonus account before activating the bonus is not allowed; otherwise the account may be excluded from the bonus program.
   6. The Company reserves the right to decline the bonus funds crediting or annul an already credited bonus at any time if there are grounds to believe the Client deposited their (bonus) trading account using the funds that have been previously withdrawn from another account opened in the Company (via any payment agent or a payment processing system) including but not limited to wire transfer, payment processing service etc. The company does not bear any responsibility for the consequences of the bonus being annulled, e.g. Margin Call and Stoup Out.
   7. The Client has the right to object the bonus cancellation or the decision not credit it within 5 days after the event by sending a reclamation to the email address: [email protected]

6. Changes in the promotion conditions

   1. The Company reserves the right to introduce changes into the promotion’s conditions, including cancelling the promotion without prior notice. The promotion’s cancellation does not affect those who are already participating in it.
   2. The details on the introduced changes are available on the FIBO Group website, in the ‘Trading — Promotions’ section.

1. Warunki ogólne

   1. Bonus powitalny w wysokości 30 USD (zwany dalej Bonusem powitalnym) to wyjątkowy fundusz początkowy zapewniany klientom FIBOGROUP, którzy pomyślnie spełnili kryteria programu.

3. Korzystanie z Bonusu powitalnego

   1. Zarówno środki własne Klienta, jak i dodatkowe środki mogą być wykorzystywane w handlu bez żadnych ograniczeń i restrykcji. W takim przypadku dodatkowe środki mogą być wykorzystane podczas „wypłaty” — innymi słowy, nie zostaną one potrącone z konta, jeśli kapitał na koncie jest mniejszy niż środki dodatkowe, o ile nie zostanie wywołana procedura Stop Out.
   2. Podczas „wypłaty” środki własne klienta zostaną wyciągnięte w pierwszej kolejności, obejmuje to również przypadki, w których wpłaty zostały dokonane po otrzymaniu Bonusu powitalnego.
   3. Klient może wypłacić zyski z konta bez żadnych ograniczeń, jeśli zrealizował 16 transakcji w dowolnym kierunku ze standardową wielkością lota równą 100 000 jednostek waluty bazowej lub kwotą odpowiadającą wolumenowi opartemu na 2,5 USD środków bonusowych dla jednej standardowej wielkości lota. Transakcje CFD na kryptowaluty nie są uwzględniane w obliczeniach wolumenu wymaganego do wypłaty zysku lub bonusu.

4. Anulowanie i potrącanie

   1. Gdy uruchomiona zostaje procedura Stop Out, dodatkowe środki są potrącane z konta klienta.
   2. Klient ma prawo do odrzucenia otrzymanego Bonusu powitalnego w dowolnym momencie.
   3. Należy pamiętać, że FIBOGROUP ma prawo, w dowolnym momencie i bez podania przyczyny, odmówić przyznania Bonusu powitalnego lub usunąć z konta przyznany wcześniej Bonus powitalny w wysokości 30 USD. Firma może również unieważnić (anulować) wszystkie transakcje przeprowadzone przy użyciu dodatkowych środków. Uznaje się, że klient zaakceptował (przyjął i zaakceptował) ten warunek od momentu, gdy „Bonus powitalny 30 USD” zostanie zdeponowany na jego rachunku tradingowym.

RDO-5% bonus

The ‘RDO-5% bonus’ promotion conditions.

1. General information

The promotion’s name: ‘RDO-5% bonus’.
Duration of the promotion: the 15th of October 2021 through the 31st of December 2021.
The promotion’s participants: Clients of FIBO Group, Ltd (BVI) who opened and activated an MT4 NDD account in the RDO base currency in the promotion’s duration period.
New FIBO Group clients and those who have already signed up can both participate in the promotion.
Bonus MT4 NDD account — a live account participating in the ‘RDO-5% bonus’ promotion program.

2. Terms of participation

The bonus is credited to each FIBO Group, Ltd client (BVI) who:

• Opened an MT4 NDD account and chose RDO as the account base currency in one’s Client Area in the duration dates of the promotion.
• Made a deposit with any available option including internal transfer.

3. Bonus calculation and crediting terms

The bonus amounts to 5% of a deposit.
E.g.: A client opens an MT4 NDD live trading account in the RDO base currency and makes a deposit of USD 1 000.
The bonus amount, in this case, shall be USD 50.
The account is credited with the bonus funds automatically as soon as the deposit is cleared.
Bonus funds are stored in the account’s balance permanently.
Bonus funds can be credited till the 31st of December 2021.

4. Funds withdrawal

Bonus funds may be withdrawn from a live trading account with no extra conditions in 3 months after the date they were credited.
Early withdrawal of bonus funds is not available. The bonus funds are written off in case the initial deposit is withdrawn. Profits received from trading with bonus funds can be withdrawn with no limitation.

5. Limitations

The bonus is credited exclusively for the deposits to an MT4 NDD account in the RDO base currency.
Funds deposited to an MT4 NDD account in an internal transfer also participate in the promotion.
The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel the bonus at any time. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences of the bonus cancellation including Margin Call and Stop Out.
A client reserves the right to open a dispute on bonus cancellation/rejection within 3 business days by submitting their complaint in the ‘Submit complaint’ section of one’s Client Area.
A client has the right to open only one bonus account to participate in the promotion.

6. Changes in the promotion’s terms

The Company reserves the right to make changes in the promotion’s terms and also to terminate the promotion at any time with no prior notice.
The information on the terms’ updates shall be published on the FIBO Group, Ltd (BVI) web-site, the ‘FIBO Group — Promotions’ section.

Get Lucky 20%

1. General terms

   1. The name of the promo is Bonus 20% (Get Lucky 20%).
   2. Promotion period: since the 24th of December, 2018 till the 1st of April, 2019.
   3. Participants are: clients of FIBO Group Ltd (BVI), who opened a trading account of a certain type in the period of the promo.
   4. Bonus account — trading account which takes part in one of the company’s promos.
   5. A client shall have the right to open one bonus account only.
   6. The maximum leverage for a bonus account is 1:100, which cannot be increased afterwards.
   7. Minimum deposit for opening a bonus account shall amount to 50 USD.

2. Conditions of participation

   1. The bonus shall be credited to the trading account of the clients who:
      1. in the period of the promo opened a real account of one of the following types MT4 Fixed, MT4 NDD, MT4 NDD No Commission by registering on the company’s official web-site or in Client’s Area, having marked the box next to “Bonus Programs” option and selected Get Lucky 20% from the list in the account opening form.
      2. activated the account (deposited funds).

3. Calculation of the bonus part

   1. The amount of the bonus is 20% of the amount deposited, but not exceeding $10 000.
   2. The bonus shall be credited automatically after each successful deposit during the period of the promo.
   3. The bonus may be used as margin.

4. Withdrawal of funds

   1. The bonus may be withdrawn only after completing the necessary number of orders $2.5 of bonus for a standard lot (100 000 of base currency).
   2. Partial withdrawal is restricted. The profits gained at a bonus account may be withdrawn with no restriction.
   3. In case of withdrawal from a bonus account, the volume of bonus funds shall be decreased accordingly in proportion with the remaining funds.
   4. Deposit calculation: the amount deposited *20% = the amount added to the bonus account
   5. Withdrawal calculation: the amount withdrawn*20% = the amount of bonus funds to be deducted from the bonus account
   6. The funds from bonus account shall only be withdrawn to a regular trading account via inner transfer. Withdrawals from a regular account aren’t restricted.

5. Bonus restrictions

   1. The bonus shall be applied to only those funds credited via direct replenishment using any of the available methods in Client’s Area, “Deposit Funds” section.
   2. Funds credited to a bonus account via an inner transfer do not take part in bonus calculation.
   3. The company shall reserve the right to cancel the bonus if there’re reasons to suppose that the funds credited to a bonus account were previously withdrawn from other real accounts (via any payment agent or system), including but not limited to bank transfers or using other payment gateways etc. In no event will the company be liable to a client for possible negative results of bonus cancellation including Margin Call and Stop Out.
   4. The following restrictions shall take place in the terms of the present promo:
      1. Only those positions that last more than 3 minutes count for bonus withdrawal.
      2. During the period of promo, negative balance is not compensated.
      3. In case the volume of funds is equal or less than the amount of bonus, the company shall reserve the right to close open positions until a necessary amount is credited or till the end of the bonus period.
      4. When calculating a lock position, only half of the locked volume is considered.
   5. If any fraudulent operation with bonus account is suspected, the Company shall reserve the right to eliminate the account and exclude it from the promo, cancel the bonus and withdraw it from the account with no prior notice.
   6. The agreement is accepted as public offer and confirms that the client has agreed to the Conditions.
   7. A client understands and agrees that MetaTrader 4 terminal shall reflect the volume of bonus amount in “Margin level”

6. Change of the promo’s conditions

   1. The company shall reserve the right to apply changes to the promo’s conditions or cancel an active promo without prior notice.
